Cinderella Nails

So, I believe I've said before I love old Disney movies. Cinderella is of course one of them and I was thinking of Cinderella when I did these.

The picture is pre cleanup. Oh and I had to shorten my nails ]: Anyways, I used China Glaze Frostbite as a base. On my thumb, index, middle, and pinky fingers I used NYC Starry Silver Glitter. On my ring fingers I used Nicole By OPI Positive Energy to stamp with and then layered Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Disco Ball over that.

I've got race committee in a couple hours. It looks gross outside though. I'm not thrilled with the weather we've been having. It's JUNE! I want summer weather!

I've got to get off the computer now. Thanks for reading!

Pacific Blue Hottie

Hey guys. Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I try to post every two days, but yesterday I was gone pretty much all day. I was home for about 20 minutes but I was busy getting ready for race committee.

Here is Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Pacific Blue. I lovelovelove this color. It's such a pretty blue.

Then after a day I felt like changing it a bit so I layered Sinful Colors Hottie over it.

So last night on race committee, instead of going on the signals boat and doing flags like I have for 5 years, I went out on the mark boat with Kathy and Park. Park is the guy who has been doing mark boat this year. He's really funny. Mark boat was way more fun than the signals boat AND Kathy and I both got to drive it. It started raining near the end of the race though and the wind died and we were sitting there waiting for the last 2 boats to get around their last mark so we could pull it. It was gross. But it was fun and we told Park we will help whenever he needs it.

Also, I don't know if I will be able to post this weekend. Tomorrow I'm going with my sister Abby to Tacoma to visit my dad. I'm not sure how long we are staying, so we are bringing Marley too. I'll have my laptop with me and if I plan ahead I can probably get a post done, but I'm not sure what all we are going to do. We want to visit our grandparents while we are there and I will be talking to my dad about possibly moving there. I'll try to get something posted though.

Have a good day everyone!

EDIT: So I just found out my stepdad is mad at that Abby and I are going to visit our dad this weekend. He says it is supposed to be HIS birthday weekend. His birthday was yesterday. We celebrated on Tuesday. And he skipped my 18th birthday to go skiing. So no. I'm not going to stay here to celebrate him turning 46. No way.

First Water Marble Attempt

So I used lots of polishes for this. I used Sally Hansen Sheer Romance Natural White as a base and used China Glaze Let's Groove, China Glaze Purple Panic, and Sinful Colors Tokyo Pearl to marble with. Then I still wanted more so I layered Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Disco Ball on top.

My camera is about to die so the pictures are blurry.

I love my left pinky and right ring finger.

Sinful Colors Volcanic & Sally Hansen Shooting Star

Hi guys!! The weather here has been weird today. It started snowing around 11 this morning and now it is nice and sunny. I can't stand snow, so I was freaking out for awhile earlier.

I spent awhile filling out a bunch of job applications today.. then I decided it was nail polish time :D
I used Sinful Colors Volcanic and then layered Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Shooting Star over it. I have been glitter obsessed lately.

Sorry, I haven't done any cleanup yet, but today I did go outside to take pictures! The pictures I took inside looked more blue than purple.

I just realized my baby brother is going to turn 11 in 2 days. I just might have to call my dad and plan a time to go visit. I'm scared though, Mungus will probably be taller than he was last time I saw him and last time I saw him he was almost as tall as me. I love him so much, and every time I visit we usually spend a lot of time playing Mario Kart. It's the one game he has that I can sometimes beat him at.

Well, I hope you are all having a wonderful day!

I'm 18!! Sally Hansen Celeb City & Cover Girl City Lights

Yeaaah, I'm 18 today!! So far today has been awesome.

I meant to do my birthday nails last night, but I got distracted talking about Disneyland. Then this morning I got up and went ice skating with my grandma. My sister met us there at the end of the session, and we went to the Starbucks at Fred Meyer with my grandma's skating buddies. They told me happy birthday about 20 times! Haha. While I was there I bought Sinful Colors Green Ocean - I can't wait to try it! Then we stopped by my mom's shop to get a list of errands. One of her friends who owns another shop let me pick out a candle, it is so pretty!! I will have to take a picture of it later. Then my grandma, my sis and I went to a hot dog stand called Neiner Neiner Weiner. I can't believe I didn't know about that place, my auntie just told me about it last week I think.

ANYWAYS. I should stop rambling about my day and post the nail pictures! I had planned on wearing China Glaze In The Lime Light with some glitter, but it started chipping last night so I took it off. Also, since I got home a lot later than I thought I would today, I didn't have much time. So I just threw on Sally Hansen Celeb City and Cover Girl City Lights. It looks GREAT in the sun. I haven't cleaned my nails up yet, like usual.

Picture time!

I JUST LOVE IT!

I am so excited right now you guys. So so so so SO extremely excited. My mom bought me a whole new birthday outfit. And my new shoes are amazing. It's like a party on my feet!

That picture kind of sucks.. So I tried taking my own!

I also went to Target before I met my mom and bought a few glitter polishes since I had $10 left on a giftcard.

Blue Me Away & Starry Silver Glitter

Like I said in my previous post, I couldn't wait to try my new glitter polishes. So I painted my nails while watching Young Guns, haha. I used Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Blue Me Away and NYC Starry Silver Glitter. I got Blue Me Away about a month ago, also at Target, but I hadn't used it until today. I'm very glad I bought it, it's so pretty!! I love blue, it was my favorite color for a very long time.

Again, I apologize for my nails not being cleaned up yet.

My seashell ring I got at Pike Place Market in Seattle this summer

Yay Target!

So yesterday my best friend turned 18 and decided she wanted to dress up, go to dinner, and then go see Dear John. We left kind of late and decided we weren't going to have time for dinner before the movie so we hung out at the yacht club for a bit. That was fun because she got to open her presents and I got to see some of my adopted family! Then we went to the movie theater, and it turned out the earlier showing was sold out, so we went to dinner. Dinner ended up not taking very long and we still had a couple hours to kill so we went to the mall. I rarely go to the mall, I find it exhausting. However, I just love Target. I bought 3 nail polishes for less than $5. Yay! We got back to the movie theater around 9:15, because they said seating would start at 9:20. What a lie, we were outside until almost 10. Oh well. I loved and I hated Dear John. Parts of it made me mad. My friends loved it though, one of them says it is her favorite movie now.

Anyways, heres what I got.

NYC Times Square Tangerine Creme, Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Shooting Star, and NYC Starry Silver Glitter.

I love glitter polishes, and I don't have many, so I was very excited to get Shooting Star and Starry Silver Glitter. I picked Times Square Tangerine Creme because it is close to the same color as this poncho I got my friend for her birthday. Haha. I love bright colors. They're so much fun. I can't wait to try these out later!
